A quick review of some of the features of our Service Department will provide you with the important information you need to enjoy each maintenance visit to the Dan Perkins Chevrolet Service Department.
Dan Perkins Chevrolet is a GM Goodwrench Service Plus dealer which results in greater value to you, our customer. Qualifying as a Service Plus dealer raises the standard for the entire service industry by offering high quality service, GM-trained technicians and genuine GM parts. And now, we're giving customers even more of what they've asked for in the way of Competitive Up-Front Pricing, Courtesy Transportation, A Limited Lifetime Service Guarantee and Convenient Service Hours.
Service Department hours are 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Monday through Friday and 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM on Thursday for your convenience. Our factory trained technicians arrive at 8:00 AM and depart at 4:30 PM, except Thursday when they arrive at 8:00 AM and depart at 7:30 PM. Also, for your convenience, we have an Early-bird Key Drop that can be used in the event you have to arrive before 7:30 AM or after 5:00 PM. The Early-bird Key Drop is located to the right of the Service Entrance door. Simply fill out the envelope with your service request(s), sign the envelope, and place your vehicle keys in the envelope, seal the envelope and drop the envelope through the mail slot located on the service entrance door.
Although we accept vehicles on a non appointment basis, you can receive the attention that you so deserve best on an appointment basis. When an appointment is made, it is made for the actual write up of the repair order with you. The appointment time is not necessarily the time that your vehicle will enter the service facility for repair. Peak hours at our Service Department are from 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM and from 2:30PM - 4:30 PM. When calling for an appointment, you will find the flow easier at off peak hours.

Our Courtesy Shuttle is available to serve your local transport needs daily. Whether it is a ride to work or a quick shuttle up the street to the mall while you are waiting for an oil change, advise our service consultants of your need. We also offer low cost rental vehicles on an appointment basis in the event you are in need of alternate transportation other than our courtesy shuttle. Recent regulations within the insurance industry prevent us from "loaning" vehicles for alternate transportation.
